When do I receive my Payment Receipt and Booking Confirmation?

When you book a class, you will receive two separate emails: a Stripe payment receipt, which confirms your payment and includes your booking reference number, and a Bookwhen booking confirmation, which includes the same booking reference number along with the student’s name(s) and the specific class date(s). The booking reference number is the common reference on both emails and is used to identify your payment and booking details. Please note that we are unable to modify the Stripe payment receipt. If, at any time after your payment and booking have been completed, you request to transfer your class or course to a different date or time, your booking reference number will remain the same, and you will receive a separate email confirming the updated class date(s) and time(s). Should you require copies of these emails at any time, we will be happy to resend both the Stripe payment receipt and the Bookwhen booking confirmation for your records or as proof of payment and booking.
